Cake:
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Recipe Golden Cake Mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice.
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups cooking oil

Icing:
1 (15-1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple and juice
1 (3-1/2 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 (13-1/2 oz carton cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat until well blended. Bake in 3 foil lines, greased 9" cake pans at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Cool.

Combine first two icing ingredients. Fold into thawed cool whip. Spread between layers and ice top and sides of cake.

Refrigerate over night. Keeps for days in refrigerator.
