1 cake mix (any flavor)
1/2 cup oil
2 beaten eggs
1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup nut (optional)

Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto a greased (or use parchment paper) cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes. Take out of oven but leave them on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes. Remove to a cooling rack.

Use your imagination on cake mix flavors. Spice cake makes a good cookie. Also chocolate cake mix with white chocolate chips. Be creative!!
