1 1/4 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. salt
1 T. yeast
2 extra large eggs, beaten
1/4 c. orange juice
2 T. grated orange peel
5 c. flour, approximately
1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. orange juice
1 t. grated orange peel


Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk over low heat.
Add butter, sugar and salt to scalded milk. Cool to lukewarm.
Soften yeast in lukewarm milk mixture, letting yeast expand.
Add eggs, 1/4 c. juice, and peel and mix together in large mixing bowl.
Mix in enough flour so it becomes smooth and not sticky.
Cover and let stand 10 minutes.
Place dough in large greased bowl. Let rise till double in warm place, about 2 hours.
Punch down.
Roll out dough to 1/2" thick.
Cut into triangles and arrange on greased baking sheet.
Cover and let rise till double.
Bake at 375º for 15 minutes, until lightly brown.
Remove from oven.
While still warm, spread with orange topping.
Orange Topping:
Combine powdered sugar, orange juice and orange peel.
Spread on warm rolls.
Serve with butter.
