1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1-8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Let cheeses stand to room temperature. Mix all together until well blended. Roll in a ball at least a day before serving. Refrigerate.
