1/2 Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
1 Beaten Egg
4 TBS Molasses
2 Cups Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and molasses and blend well. Combine flour, baking soda and seasonings and add gradually to creamed mixture until smooth.

Roll/form into walnut sized balls and coat with granulated white sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven at 375º F for 8-10 minutes.
Cool on cookie sheet for a few minutes before removing to cooling rack.
