3 - 4 lb butt roast
salt
pepper
1 bottle barbeque sauce
buns

Directions:
Cover bottom of slow cooker with water. Place roast in slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on LOW 8 - 10 hours.

Remove roast from slow cooker. Cool 15 minutes. Discard liquid remaining in slow cooker. Using 2 forks, shred cooked roast. Return to slow cooker. Add barbeque sauce. Mix well. Cover and cook on HIGH 30 minutes. Spoon onto hamburger buns or rolls.
