2/3 Cup of Hot Water @ 110-115° F
2 Tablespoons of Butter or Vegetable Oil
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons of Sugar or Honey
2 Teaspoon of Garlic Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoons of Oregano
1/2 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour
2 1/2 Cup of Flour
2/3 Cup of Crushed, Dried Jalapeno Peppers or
2/3 Cup of Jalapeno Peppers
1/4 Cup of Dry Milk
1 Cup of Cheddar Cheese, (3 oz.)
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
1 1/2 teaspoon of dry Yeast

Cycle Basic White
Loaf Size 1.5 lb.
Select Crust Color Medium

Add all ingredients to the bread pan in the order listed.

1) Wet -- water, milk, oil & fats.
2) Dry -- Salt, powered Milk, grains, sugar, flour.
3) Yeast.

For best result when not using Bread Flour add 1/4 cup of Gluten to a 1.5 lb. recipe.
For a 2.0 lb. recipe with whole wheat flour, it may take up to 1/2 cup of Gluten.
