Sliced black forest ham
1 dozen eggs
Heavy cream
Swiss cheese
Basil
6 English muffins

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease large muffin tin. In each cup, put 1 egg, 1 tbsp. cream, 1 heaping tbsp. grated cheese, sprinkle of basil. Bake 10 - 20 minutes. Toast muffins. Scoop egg onto muffin. Serve. If not making full pan, put water in unused cups.
