1 3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp.soda
1 c. sour cream
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 tsp. salt
3 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sifted cocoa
1/2 c. lukewarm water
Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter and sugar. Add the egg yolks and vanilla. In the meantime add the soda to sour cream. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients. Mix cocoa with water and mix with sour cream mixture. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
