Ingredients:  
1 box Swiss Chocolate cake mix
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
3 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 1/2 cup milk

Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
12 oz Cool Whip
1/2 cup pecans
2 chopped Hershey's candy bar (harden in fridge)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients and pour into three 9" cake pans. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes. (Can be done as a sheet cake and bake for 30-35 minutes).

Frosting:
Using a mixer, mix cream cheese and sugar. Blend in powdered sugar then Cool Whip. Add candy bars and nuts. Spread on cake and refrigerate.
