1 1/2 Cups flour
1 Cup Milk

Directions:
Beat eggs well; add sugar, butter, and cardamom. Beat again. Add flour and milk alternately and mix continually. Grease iron for first cookie, but do not grease for subsequent cookies. Spoon a teaspoon size lump of dough onto iron and bake until edges are slightly golden. (20-30 seconds, usually--do not over bake.

Remove from iron with a broad knife or metal spatula and roll immediately into a cone shape. This is best done with wooden or metal cone forms, but can be free formed with seam on the bottom held in place until cool with a dinner knife. Some people also place the krumkake into a cup, but regardless, forming must be done within 10 seconds from removing from heat for best results.
