1 box "cheapo" graham crackers
2 small pkgs of French Vanilla Pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 med container Cool Whip (9 oz)

Frosting:
(2) 10 oz. packages of pre-melted unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla
3 TBS. softened butter
2 tsp. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 tsp. milk
Mix until smooth

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and pudding blending 2-3 minutes until partially set. Add Cool-whip and beat until smooth.
Line the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.
Top with 1/2 pudding mixture, spread evenly, then apply another layer of whole graham crackers.
Then top again with last half of pudding mixture, spread evenly, and a third layer of whole graham crackers.
Refrigerate two hours, then frost.
Return to refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Cut into squares and serve either cold or a room temperature.
