3/4 c sugar
3/4 c butter soften
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1 T light cream
2 c flour

12 - 15 minutes

Measure butter, sugar, salt and beat until smooth. Add yolks, cream, vanilla and beat till fluffy.

Gradually add flour, stirring with wooden spoon until well combined. (I use mixer) With hands or spoon dough into a ball. Wrap and refrigerate till firm.

Roll out 1/4 inch thick
