4 ears of fresh corn
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Remove husks and silks from corn just before cooking. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Spread herb butter on corn, place each ear on a piece of aluminum foil, wrap tightly.

Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, turning occasionally, or grill over medium coals 20 to 30 minutes, turning several times.
