2 cloves of garlic
10 oz pkg Frozen chopped spinach
8 oz. of sour cream
2 tbsps. butter
2/3 breadcrumbs
¾ Parmesan Cheese
1 (14 oz) can of Artichoke Hearts
1 (8oz) package of cream cheese
½ cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup half/half
½ white onion
3 tbsps. of flour

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 2 tbsp. of butter. Add white onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. Add 3 Tbsps. of flour. Cook until raw flour flavor is gone. Once the above mixture is complete add the following ingredients:
½ cup of Parmesan Cheese
1 cup half and half
1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 package frozen chopped Spinach-thawed and squeezed dry
1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese
½ cup of cheddar cheese
Mix the concoction together and move the dip Into a 8 x 8 baking dish. Make sure to top with 2/3 cup Panko breadcrumbs. And ¼ cup Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
