Ingredients:
Eggs
Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Mustard
Green olives, sliced
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Slow boil the eggs, about 25 minutes (fast boiling will cause the yolks to have a grayness surrounding them). Once done, cool them. Then slice eggs length-wise and remove hard yolk. Mix yolks in bowl with enough mayo and the mustard until you get a smooth, creamy consistency. Fill the egg whites with the creamy yolk mixture and top with sliced olives and paprika. Chill in refrigerator.

Personal Notes:
Remember to slow boil the eggs. You can use a variety of toppings such as caviar, black olives, etc.
