Cleaned Chicken breast
Sprinkled with:
Cumin;
Yellow curry powder
Salt and pepper

Curry Sauce:
1 c mayonnaise
1 T sugar
1T warm water
1/4 c prepared yellow mustard
1 T Yellow curry powder

Directions:

Curry Sauce:
Dissolve the sugar in the water and then mix all together. Let sit for 4 hours prior to serving to allow flavors to meld.

Serve over yellow rice with a piece of warmed flat bread.

*Personal note: I like to sauté the chicken with fresh kielbasa as well. It adds an extra dimension to the meal.
