Corned beef brisket
4 whole cloves
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
6 peppercorns
1/2 tsp. rosemary
2 green pepper rings
1 pared carrot
4 sprigs parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a Dutch oven. Fill with water. Bring to a boil, covered. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-4 hours, longer if brisket is larger than 4 lbs. Cool in liquid.

Serve with Mustard Sauce
