1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
2 T. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Boil lasagna as directed. Drain and rinse with cold water. Brown ground beef and pork; drain fat. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add eggs, bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning. Mix well. Cut lasagna strips in half, crosswise. Place some meat mixture on each strip. Roll. Pour 1 cup tomato sauce on bottom of baking dish. Place rolled lasagna in pan and pour rest of sauce over the rolls. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until lasagna is tender.
