2 1/4 lbs. boneless chicken cut in bite size pieces (about 4 cups)
5 T. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
12 oz. cooked spaghetti
3 T. Parmesan cheese
2 onions, sliced thick
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 T. dry sherry
3 T. flour

Directions:
Saute chicken in 2 T. butter for 10 minutes or until opaque. Remove with slotted spoon; set aside. Saute onions, mushrooms and garlic in drippings until onion are crisp-tender. Add sherry; bring to a boil for 1 minutes. Add to chicken tossing to mix. In small saucepan over medium hear stir remaining 3 T. butter, flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Stir in milk. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Mix spaghetti, chicken mixture and half the sauce. Turn into greased 3 quart baking dish. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until browned and heated through. Garnish with parsley.
