1 can kidney beans drained
1/2 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 lb. medium cheddar cheese, grated
10 oz. mild chunky salsa
1/2 can black olives, sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
4 green onions, sliced
12 oz. sour cream
2 avocados, diced
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Cilantro chopped, to taste
Broken corn tortilla chips
Small flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl except chips and tortillas.
Refrigerate.
Just prior to serving, add a small bag of tortilla chips to the mixture, according to taste. Chips get soggy if added to mixture too soon.
Fold flour tortilla in cone shape.
Fill cones with salad mixture.©
