Directions:
Brown beef. Add taco seasoning. Add cream cheese. Simmer til it melts. Chill for one hour. Cook pasta. Toss with butter. Fill with meat mixture. Spoon salsa into a greased 9 x 13. Top with stuffed pasta and taco sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheeses and chips. Bake 15 minutes longer or til heated through. Serve with sour cream (unless your name is Pete.) Can freeze stuffed shells for later use instead of baking them right away.
