1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
3 cups Gold Medal® all-purpose or whole wheat flour
1/2 cup coarsely chopped nuts
1/2 cup raisins, or chocolate chips!
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Preheat oven to 350º Mix wet ingredients. Sift together dry ingredients. Mix together wet and dry. Fold in chopped nuts and raisins or chic chips. Pour into 3 loaf pans with greased bottoms. Bake for about 1 hour.
