2 c. milk
2 c. chopped rhubarb
2 c. quartered strawberries
1 c. honey
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
10 c. bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350º. Whisk eggs, honey, and vanilla to blend. Fold in fruit and bread crumbs. Let stand for 15 min. Spoon mixture into a 9" spring form pan. Bake 40 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool before serving.
