1-1/3 C. Pumpkin
2 Eggs
2/3 C. White Sugar
2/3 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp Ginger
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 tsp Salt
2 T. Flour
1-1/2 C. Milk
2 plus Drops of Vanilla

Directions:

Cream eggs, and sugar, add salt, spices, vanilla, and flour and beat. Then add milk and pumpkin and mix thoroughly. Place in pie pan lined with unbaked pie crust. Bake at 350º until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 1-1/2 hours.
