1/2 dozen onions
2 T. fat
flour to thicken
1 lb. round steak
2 c. raw potatoes, diced
2 c. raw carrots, diced
1 qt. water
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
8 allspice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in fat. Add enough flour to thicken. Add the round steak, cut into small pieces. Stir so meat browns. Add the potatoes, carrots, tomatoes,two cloves garlic, allspice, peppers (finely diced) and bay leaf. Add water and cook until all are tender.
