Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 can of salmon (de-boned, drained, and flaked), or tuna or chickpeas
1 grated carrot
1/4 finely diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. rosemary
3/4 c. oat crumbs
2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1 Tbsp. cumin
lemon juice to taste

Dill dip:
mayo/finely dices pickle/finely diced onion/dill/minced garlic to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together, add butter and eggs last
2. Form into balls
3. Cook with cooking oil/butter over medium heat until golden brown on each side (use a spatula to flatten the cakes, best to wait a couple minutes before doing so)
4. Serve with dill dip/honey mustard
