1 c. of mixed mushrooms (maitake, shimeji, shiitake, or others)
8 boiled chestnuts
1/2 stalk of green onions
mushroom stalks
1 tbsp of cooking oil
2 tsp. of miring
Potato starch
Rice
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Dice the mushrooms
2. Put the stalks into a pot of water and boil
3. Dice and sauté the green onion in a pot with cooking oil
4. When browned, add the mushrooms and continue sautéing
5. Add the mushroom stalks and chestnuts and simmer
6. Mix potato starch and miring together, with a bit of salt for flavour
7. Add the mixed miring into the sauce
8. Serve over rice
