1 garlic clove mashed
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
2 c. chicken broth
Dash of pepper
3 dashes of tobacco
1 tsp. oregano
1 c. of cream cheese
2 c. of linguine
Grated parmesan cheese
Chopped fresh parsley
2 chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a saucepan, saute garlic and onion in oil until soft. Do not brown
2. Add chicken broth, pepper, tabasco, and oregano
3. Simmer for 15 minutes then add cream cheese and stir until well blended
4. Add chicken, or sea food alternatively
5. Cook linguine according to directions
6. Drain well and add sauce. Let pasta absorb for 5 minutes
7. Serve with parmesan and parsley
