2 pkg. California blend frozen vegetables
1 3/4 C uncooked Minute Rice
2 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 C butter melted
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 C chopped celery
1 Large Jar Chez Whiz
Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients but Chez Whiz in a greased 9x13 dish. Add Chez Whiz by spoonfuls across top. Bake covered in 350º oven for 1 1/2 hour stirring occasionally
I found it easier to mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl and then pouring it over the vegetables.
