1 C. Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pint Sour Cream
1 small can Diced Green Chilies
Chicken, about 3 breasts cooked
18 Corn Tortillas
Longhorn Cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Combine and heat soup, sour cream and chilies, but reserve enough to cover enchiladas.

Cook and dice chicken and add to sauce above. Fry corn tortillas just to soften. Fill with sauce. cover with reserve sauce. Bake at 350º for about 20 minutes. Longhorn cheese grated on top is good.
