Marinade:
30 ml soy sauce
10 ml sugar
4 ml cornstarch
10 ml oil
Sauce:
375 ml water, mixed with 3 packs chicken stock
50 ml soy sauce
50 ml white vinegar
20 ml sugar
20 ml cornstarch dissolved in 50 ml of hot water

20 ml crushed fresh ginger
20 ml minced garlic
7 green onion, chopped.
10 chilli flakes.
Chow mien noodles (around one bag)
Peanuts.

Marinade:
Mix ingredients in a bowl and add diced chicken and toss. Marinade for about 20 minutes.

Sauce:
Combine ingredients and set aside.

Heat 45 ml-60ml vegetable or peanut oil in wok over med heat.

Saute chicken until cooked.

Add vegetables, ginger and garlic and noodles.
