1 quart milk (luke warm)
1/2 lb. butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs. alt
3 eggs
1 cup water (luke warm)
2 pkg. dry yeast
flour (about 4 lbs.)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the milk, let it cool- put butter,sugar, and salt into the milk. Add the eggs and yeast that was dissolved in the warm water. Add flour a little at a time. Keep stirring, add more flour. Knead for about 10 minutes. Let it rise for about 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours. Have your bread containers greased with margarine. Punch down the dough and take about 1 lb. of dough to put into the bread pan. You will need about 5 pans. Let t rise again for about 1 hour. Bake in 350º oven for about
30-40 minutes until done. (Check after 30 minutes.)
