1 1/2 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C granulated sugar
4 tbsp butter (melted)
2 (14) oz cans condensed milk
1C key lime juice
2 whole eggs
1 C sour cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1tbsp lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, mix crumbs, sugar and butter with hands, press into 9 inch pan bake 375º until lightly browned (about 10 minutes)
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Lower oven to 345º: In separate bowl, combine condensed milk, lime juice and eggs, whisk until well blended and place in pie shell. Bake in oven 15 minutes.
Allow to chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours
Once chilled, combine sour cream, powedered sugar and spread over the top of pie with a spatula.
Sprinkle with lime zest
