1/2 C sugar
1/2 C pineapple juice
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 C lemon juice
1tsp corn starch
1/2 C celery chopped
1/2 C crushed pineapple drained
2 apples (diced with skin on)
1/2 C chopped pecans
1C grapes (red or green)
1 C heavy cream whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine in sauce pan first 5 ingredients and cook and stir until thick. Let cool.
Empty saucepan of cooled mixture over fruit and nuts mix gently
Fold in the whipped cream.
Spoon into 8" square dish or individual bowls or cups. Freeze allow to thaw for 20 min. before serving.
