1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. sage
2 eggs, beaten
hand full of Parmesan cheese
6 cups croutons
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chopped celery and onions in butter until soft.
Add ground meat, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and sage.
Cook until meat is brown.

Remove pan from heat and let slightly cool.

Put croutons in bowl with enough milk to soften croutons and put aside

Add beaten eggs mix all together

Add Parmesan cheese and mix

Add croutons and mix

This can be made a few days in advance of stuffing the turkey

I will also add some chopped garlic. I also do not follow the amount of the ingredients. I always just add and taste as I go. If you want a more meaty stuffing, add more meat
