6 oz mayonnaise
4 oz buttermilk
2 tbls freshly grated Romano cheese
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tbls minced onions
pinch of white pepper
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbls chopped scallions, white and green areas
1/2 tbls parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix. If you mix with a a spoon or a wire whip, you will get a chunkier dressing. You may want this dressing too set in the refrigerator overnight. If you you use a food processor you will achieve a smoother dressing and will need to let it set only a few hours for the flavor to manifest.
Store refrigerated for up to a week.
