14 oz can or jar of artichoke hearts,(approximately) drained and chopped
3/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Dash of garlic powder or 1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.º F. Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a medium bowl.Spread in a 9 inch pie pan or 1 quart shallow casserole dish. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve hot with crackers or a baguette, sliced or with vegetable dippers.

If you purchase a small jar of artichokes adjust your recipe using less mayonnaise and Parmesan.
It can be served cold as well.
