8 oz. real mayonnaise
1 tbsp chopped capers
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbs chopped flat leaf parsley
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
1 tbsp chopped shallots

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a small food processor an process until smooth.
Can be stored in refrigerator for a week.
