1 lb. lump crab meat
8 saltine crackers (crushed)
1 beaten egg
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp mustard
1/4 Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
Salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Check crab meat for any cartilage, put in bowl and set aside.
Add other ingredients until just combined. Gently fold in the crab. You don't want to break up the crab into fine shreds. Shape into 6 crab cakes, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Gently baste the tops of each cake with melted butter and bake in a 350º oven on a Pam coated baking sheet for 10 to 15 minutes or until the tops are browned.
