4 boneless chicken breast halves; washed and cleaned of fat
1 c seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tbsp oregano
2 tbsp sweet basil
1 tbsp garlic salt or to taste
1/2-1 tbsp fennel seeds
1/2 stick butter (melted)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crumbs and seasonings together; dip each piece of chicken in melted butter; then dredge in bread crumbs. Bake at400º on a cookie sheet covered with aluminum foil and sprayed with Pam, turning once at about 15 minutes and bake and additional 15 minutes.
Note: If you are using frozen chicken breasts that have been flattened reduce baking time by 10 minutes
