2 12 oz can. tomato paste
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can water
3/4 c sugar
2 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic
2 tbsp. oregano
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
4 tbsp. basil leaves chopped
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in stock pan; add chopped garlic stir over low heat until lightly browned; add tomato paste and tomato sauce and stir, add remaining ingredients except water and stir until all ingredients are combined. Add water and cook until thick 2-3hours.
This will be enough sauce to use with 1# of spaghetti.

Cook this on low heat stirring often because it will scorch in the pan.
Fresh herbs if available are best, but not always available.
