Strawberries (frozen)
Milk (chocolate is preferred)
Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard Protein Powder, Mocha Cappuccino flavour
Magic Bullet or blender

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pour a small amount of milk or water into the bottom of your magic bullet
2. Add 1-2 scoops of whey protein, and 4 strawberries
3. Fill up the rest of the cup with milk
4. blend until fully mixed and smooth
