2 lbs fish fillets fresh or frozen
1/4 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
Juice of 1 lemon
2 T butter
2 T flour
salt and pepper
1 tsp dry mustard
1 cup top milk
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs
1 T minced parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fillets in serving pieces. Place in greased shallow baking dish;sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and lemon juice.make white sauce of butter, flour, seasonings, and milk; pour over fillets. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley. Bake in moderate oven(350º) 35 min.
