3/4 cup stir-fry sauce, such as Kikkoman
1/2 cup orange juice
2 slices bread, torn into small pieces
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 scallions, finely chopped
1 tsp. grated orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce and 1 Tbs. orange juice; reserve. In large bowl, toss bread pieces with remaining orange juice; let stand until softened, about 5 minutes.

To bowl with bread, add beef, eggs, scallions, 1 tsp. orange zest and remaining 1/2 cup stir fry sauce; with hands, gently mix until blended. In 13" x 9" baking pan, shape meat mixture into 11" x 4" loaf. Bake meatloaf 1 hour or until no longer pink in center, brushing with reserved stir-fry sauce mixture during last 10 minutes of baking time. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
