1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp garlic salt
2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
2 cloves garlic, crushed and diced
1 tbsp dried parsley
1/3 cup parmesan

Directions:

Melt butter, whisk in flour and garlic salt (to make roux)
Slowly whisk in half-and-half
Stir in garlic, parmesan, and parsley

Simmer until sauce has thickened (4-5 min) use immediately
