2 pounds, split chicken wings
Montreal Steak Spice
Garlic powder
Seasoning salt
Ground black pepper

Flour to dredge wings in

Directions:
Directions:
Place split chicken wings into a large freezer bag. Season with suggested spices above or add your own variation. Let marinate for 1/2 hour - 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 400º
In another large freezer bag add approx 1- 1 1/2 cups of flour. Drop in wings and lightly dredge.

Place wings on a lightly greased/parchment paper covered cookie sheet.

Bake for 25 min, flip and bake for another 25 min

Serve with hot sauce, honey garlic sauce, BBQ sauce, etc.
