1 small carton of cottage cheese
1 tsp. baking soda
1 stick butter
1-2 T. caraway seeds, optional
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cottage cheese and baking soda and let set until foamy. Melt butter and add cheese. Cook over low heat stirring constantly. Add caraway seeds if desired. Chill.
