2 T cornstarch
1/2 C brown sugar
13 1/2 oz can chunked pineapples
1/3 C vinegar
1 T soy sauce
1 green pepper chopped
1/2 onion cut into thirds
1 bag homestyle meatballs
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cornstarch and brown sugar into sauce pan. Stir in pineapple syrup& vinegar, stirring constantly over med heat until thick & bubbly. Boil 1 min then add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min. Serve over rice.
