Directions:
Brown meat and spices together until completely cooked, making sure it is all broken apart. Drain well and return to skillet. Add cubed Velveeta cheese. Heat and stir until cheese is completely melted. Put mixture on slices of pumpernickle and bake inn 350º oven for 10 minutes. Serve hot.

NOTE: Recipe makes a large amount. I make large mixture and lay on cookie sheets and freeze. When frozen, I put into large plastic bags where they can be used as needed. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes if frozen.

Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to us in a cookbook as a wedding gift from Marge Dazey. We tried this recipe because she noted that it was good with beer :-). When Steve was a bachelor, I would make this and give it to him with a 6 pack for his birthday because he loves it so much.
